SHIPPING PROCESS
- After you place an order, the product is shipped from our partner boutique to JENTE for quality inspection, then delivered to you.
- The whole shipping process takes 10 to 15 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll get tracking info via email or on the tracking page.
DUTIES & TAXES
- All duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price (DDP)
- In some countries, you might need to pay duties and taxes separately (DAP/DDU).
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns must arrive at JENTE within 30 days in their original condition with all components. See our full return policy on the SHIPPING & RETURNS page.
- Once your return is confirmed by our QC center, we will process your refund, deducting the return shipping fees.
- If the product is defective, contact our customer care team for assistance.
- We don’t offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
NOTICE
- Once your payment is confirmed, we will place an order with the partner boutique, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
- Orders may be canceled due to defects, stock issues, or delays. We’ll notify you by email.
- Prices and discounts may change due to exchange rates or partner boutique adjustments. Orders are based on the price and rate at the time of payment, and refunds for price differences will not be provided.
