SHIPPING PROCESS

- Once your order is shipped, you’ll get tracking info via email or on the tracking page.
DUTIES & TAXES

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns must arrive at JENTE within 30 days in their original condition with all components. See our full return policy on the SHIPPING & RETURNS page.
- Once your return is confirmed by our QC center, we will process your refund, deducting the return shipping fees.
- If the product is defective, contact our customer care team for assistance.
- We don’t offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
