SHIPPING COST

  • We currently offer free shipping worldwide.
  • JENTE may end, change, or extend this free shipping offer at any time.


SHIPPING PROCESS & TIMELINE
  • Order & Confirm → Partner shipping → JENTE shipping
  • Once you place an order, the product is sent from our partner boutique to JENTE's QC center for inspection.
  • After the inspection, we ship the product to you.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Typically 10–15 business days
  • Order & Confirm (2–3 business days): We process your order with our partner boutique and confirm availability.
  • Partner shipping (5–7 business days): The boutique sends your item to JENTE for inspection.
  • JENTE shipping (3–5 business days): We send the inspected item to your delivery address.
  • Shipping delays may occur due to local conditions or customs, but JENTE will work hard to minimize any delays.
  • If the product is delivered to the correct address but you refuse to accept it or don’t take necessary actions to receive it, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping or customs costs. These may be deducted from your refund.


RESTRICTED SHIPPING AREAS

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team:

  • Send your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return to customercare@jentestore.com. We will assist promptly with your return request.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

Step 2: Prepare your item for return:
  • Print and attach the Return Label and Return Note from your email. Please contact Customer Care if you haven’t received them.
  • Place the return items and Return Note in the package and seal it tightly to avoid extra shipping fees. Ensure no old labels are on the package.
  • Repack the items and all components as originally received. Please note that refunds cannot be processed if items are damaged due to lack of outer box protection.
  • Attach the Return Label securely. For pick-up, refer to the account number on the emailed shipping label if needed.

Step 3: Schedule Pick-Up and Hand Over:

  • Follow the Return Note guide in your email to schedule a DHL pick-up.
  • Hand the package to the courier when they arrive.

 

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive your return at the JENTE QC center, we will inspect it. This may take up to 5 business days.
  • After the return is confirmed, we’ll process your refund. Depending on your payment method, this can take up to 14 business days.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the item doesn’t pass our inspection, the refund may be withheld, and we may return the item to you.
  • The original shipping fee is not refundable.

RETURN WINDOW

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item, and the returned item must reach JENTE’s QC center within 30 days using our pick-up service.
  • If you cannot use the pick-up service, you’ll be responsible for shipping fees.
  • JENTE is not responsible for returns shipped from a different country than the original delivery.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Clothing must be free from stains or damage caused by makeup, perfume, or accessories.
  • Shoes and accessories should be returned in their original brand boxes and dust bags, packed inside a protective shipping box.
  • Be careful not to damage the soles of shoes or the brand box when trying them on.
  • Any tags from the brand or boutique must remain attached.
  • Hosiery, socks, lingerie, and swimwear must be returned with hygiene stickers intact and must not be opened or damaged.
  • Lingerie and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Damaged or soiled items cannot be returned.
  • Face masks must be unopened, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Jewelry should be returned with all original packaging and documents.
  • If there is an issue with your item, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
  • If you’re unsure about returning an item, please contact our Customer Care team before proceeding to avoid any issues.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • JENTE ensures quality checks at our QC center before shipping to customers and takes care to provide safe delivery.
  • We offer a fair return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you're unhappy with your item, feel free to reach out to us.
  • If we notice repeated returns that don’t comply with our policy, we may limit future purchases or block accounts.
  • JENTE has the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our return policy. Items may be sent back to the customer if rejected.
  • Some items or promotional products may not be eligible for return, as indicated in the order.
  • Keep your return shipping receipt until the return is processed. If you cannot prove the return, JENTE reserves the right to refuse it.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • You can only cancel your order before it is placed with the partner boutique.
  • If you try to cancel after the order is confirmed, it may not be allowed or a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Cancellations are not possible once any items in your order have been shipped.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days or longer.

DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED

  • Duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout (DDP).
  • No additional fees are required upon product arrival.
  • If included, duties and taxes will be refunded with the product price upon return (shipping costs are excluded).
  • In some regions, duties and taxes may not be included in the final price, and you’ll need to pay them directly to customs or the delivery company (DAP/DDU).
  • Additional fees, such as customs duties, may apply based on local regulations
  • JENTE is not responsible for any issues such as delays, confiscations, or problems caused by unpaid customs duties, and we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
  • If you paid duties and taxes separately, they won’t be refunded upon return.
  • JENTE will assist with customs clearance but is not responsible for issues due to lack of customer cooperation.
